Specsavers Surrey Senior Cup Quarter Final Draw
The Quarter Final draw of the Specsavers Surrey Senior Cup took place earlier this week, with BBC Radio Surrey Sports Editor Tim Durrans alongside Specsavers representatives Davinia Hadley and Haitham Al-Omari making the draw at the Specsavers store in Dorking.
12 teams made up the draw, with three third-round ties still to be played, and one previous tie under appeal for an ineligible player issue. Seven of the teams are from the Isthmian League, three from the Combined Counties League and one is from the English Football League.
Stand-out ties see holders Metropolitan Police at home to Badshot Lea, providing they can overcome Carshalton Athletic in their third-round tie. Whilst Farnham Town, who sit top of the Combined Counties Premier Division South, will look to continue their unbeaten run as they host AFC Croydon Athletic.
The full draw is as follows:
Sutton United or Horley Town v Woking or Corinthian Casuals
Metropolitan Police or Carshalton Athletic v Badshot Lea
Farnham Town v AFC Croydon Athletic
Sutton Common Rovers or Chertsey Town v South Park (Reigate)
Ties are to be played in March 2024.
