In the New Year, HerTeam sessions will be available to women over 18 in the surrounding areas of Woking, Waverley and Surrey Heath.

HerTeam is our brand-new programme, aimed at bringing women together from all backgrounds, to encourage their positive mental wellbeing.

Supported by practitioners at The Priory, HerTeam provides women of all abilities to play in a safe, fun, and inclusive environment with the aim of achieving positive mental wellbeing and community.

All sessions are held in selected indoor spaces with female-only coaches, practitioners and participants.

This is a great programme for anyone looking to find a community of women, those who want to improve their physical and mental wellbeing, or those who are looking for a New Year hobby.
