Surrey FA is pleased to announce that a ‘Coaching the Goalkeeper’ CPD session will be taking place at Carrington School on Monday 25 October 2021 from 09:00-13:00, delivered by e-CAN Tutor Connor Sidley-Adams. 
In the modern game of Football, 70-80% of a goalkeeper’s engagement with the ball is with their feet. They are tasked with continually receiving and distributing the ball so are, in turn, a major part of a team’s In Possession strategy.  

During this workshop, we’ll look at ways in which we can incorporate our goalkeepers in squad practices, preparing them for their role on a match day.
