Surrey Youth Games: Young Leader Opportunity

Active Surrey has offered a great opportunity to our Young Leaders within Surrey to support at the prestigious Surrey Youth Games. Those chosen to volunteer will have a chance to work with both Active Surrey and Surrey FA staff and be part of a major-scale event, which will be a fantastic experience for them all.

Details 

Date: Saturday 23rd June 2018

Venue: Surrey Sports Park, Richard Meyes Road, Guildford, GU2 7AD

Time: 

• U9’s – 8am – 12noon
•  U11’s – 12noon – 5pm

Role on the day:

• U9’s – the role will involve scoring at a skills station and logging these scores or overseeing some 5v5 matches (no scores are kept)
• U11’s – supporting with getting teams to the right pitches and then bringing scores back to the control tent

How To Apply

It would be a great opportunity for any Young person aged 14-24 to be involved in a sporting event and work with the Surrey FA staff. If you are interested in applying to be involved then email Sean.Lofting@SurreyFA.com
