The Surrey FA Benevolent Fund was established to provide small grants to individuals in financial need usually due to injuries sustained whilst playing the game.

The fund has supported players, club officials and referees in the past with grants of between £250 to £500 and where further support is needed can recommend applicants to The FA’s Benevolent fund. 

 The fund is also available to clubs that may find themselves in financial need due to circumstances outside their control. An example could be an incident of vandalism or theft, where a small grant may assist to make an area safe before an insurance pay out e.g. boarding a broken window or replacing damaged locks.
