We’re looking to gather the thoughts and opinions of grassroots referees, players, volunteers and spectators in relation to the Referee Bodycam Trial that is currently taking place within some leagues in your local area.

You don’t have to be involved in the trial to partake in this survey as we’re looking for a range of opinions and thoughts. 

The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete with the option for you to enter a prize draw with a chance of winning one of five £50 Kitlocker e-vouchers once completed.
