We are delighted to offer a bespoke female-only coach mentoring programme, designed to support coaches across Surrey who are qualified at FA Level 1/Introduction to Coaching Football and above.
Through the programme, coaches can access a range of benefits including;
- Access to a FA Coach Mentor
- Individual mentoring support, taking place at the club where you coach
- Bespoke coach development events for you to engage with, including matchdays and training sessions
- Opportunity to connect with other female coaches across Surrey

EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST
South East Coach Development Group
Created for the 24/25 season, our aim is to bring coaches together from underrepresented ethnicities, across the South East Region. Coaches will have the opportunity to engage in 3 to 4 group meetings per season delivering online/face-to-face CPD events, plus visits to observe experienced coaches within academy environments.
