THE FA AND SURREY FA IS REQUIRED TO PRODUCE FULL WRITTEN REASONS FOR ANY SERIOUS CASE THAT HAS BEEN CONSIDERED AT A  DISCIPLINARY HEARING

A serious case is classified as:

Act of discriminatory behaviour
Assault on Match Officials
Physical Contact on Match Officials
Threatening behaviour towards a Match Official
Assault by Participant on Participant
A case where the sanction imposed includes a 10 matches or 112 days suspension or longer period
